6.1.3 Strike Perforator

This tool is for the partial perforating.

6.2 Option Function- Barcode Reader

6.2.1 Why need barcode reader?

In traditional automation machines for print finishing jobs, even if the

machine is programmable to apply to different kinds of job, the machine is

hardly intelligent enough to tell the difference between the jobs human

intervention has to be done with the process when the job should be changed.

Barcode reader is a solution of this kind of intelligence upgrading. If a

machine is equipped with barcode reader, and corresponding barcode is

printed near the leading edge of each sheet, the machine will know what and

how many to do in following jobs after the information in the barcode is read

into the CPU.

So that the machine become much more intelligent because it even don’t

have to be programmed, and no need to change anything while the job is

changing. Human just put sheets on the loading table, machine will make

everything else perfectly.
