8. Troubleshooting
If a problem with the rotary magnescale is suspected, take the steps below to resolve the problem.
Check that the cables and connectors used to connect the unit and controller
do not have any problem.
Check whether the installation dimensions and tolerance of the product are correct.
If a problem is found,
replace the part concerned.
Contact our sales or service department.
If there is a problem with the installation,
perform the necessary adjustments again.
If any loose screws or nuts are found,
tighten them up again to the correct
tightening torque.
Check whether any of the mounting screws or the mounting nuts used to secure the
shaft are loose.
