Th e scale unit incorporates amplifi er circuits including a specially designed Magnescale Co., Ltd. LSI.
Scale shaft
Th e scale shaft is installed on the machine shaft and detects the angle of rotation.
It is connected to the scale unit using a special coupling that enables integration of error resulting from
eccentricity during installation.
Output connector / Head cable
Th is enables connection with a controller that supports the SIEMENS DRIVE-CLiQ when using
CH22 or an extension connection cable (made by SIEMENS.)
