First use
• Remove the device and accessories from the box. Remove any stickers, protective film or plastic from the
device.
• Before you use the device for the first time, clean the base

with a damp cloth.
• Clean the food presser

in warm water and washing-up liquid. After cleaning, rinse them with tap water. Do
not clean the juicer base

in water or any other liquid.
• Thoroughly dry the device and accessories.
• Never use aggressive or abrasive cleaning materials, a scouring sponge or steel wool; these damage the
device.
• Before connecting the device to the mains power, make sure the control knob
8 is in the “0” position and
mount the accessories on the juicer base

• Connect the device to the mains power.
• NOTE!
When using the device for the first time, a slight odour might occur, this is normal. The odour will
disappear after a few minutes. Ensure adequate ventilation.
Power ON/OFF
• Before connecting the device to the mains power, make sure that the accessories are securely mounted on
the juicer base

and the control knob

is in the “0” position.
• Switch off the device by setting the control knob

to the “0” position.
• When finished using the device, remove the power plug from the mains power.
Using the device
• Before each use, make sure the device is clean and dry.
• WARNING! Before installing or removing the accessories of the device, make sure the rotating
parts have reached standstill, and the power plug has been removed from the mains power!
• Before connecting the device to the mains power, make sure that the accessories are securely mounted on
the juicer base

and the control knob

• When mounting the accessories, make sure the handle

is tilted forward. Then place
the middle ring

on the juicer base

, mount the grate filter net

onto the middle ring

and push the grate
filter net onto the juicer base.
• Place the lid with loading shaft

onto the middle ring (grate filter net placed on juicer base). Tilt the handle

up and place the handle over the lid with loading shaft

, until the handle is secured on the bulges of the lid
with loading shaft.
• NOTE! The device will only operate when the handle is correctly placed and secured on the bulges of
the lid with loading shaft.
• WARNING!
The motor of the device will automatically switch off when the handle of the juicer base
