MAINTENANCE
Cleaning:
•
Use mild soap and a damp cloth to clean the coil housing
•
Do not spray coil housing or immerse any part of coil in liquid
SERVICE
WARNING
Disconnect coil from line power before any disassembly or service.
CAUTION
To assure product safety and reliability, repairs should be performed
by Magnaflux Authorized Service Center using original parts.
TROUBLESHOOTING

energize
Cord unplugged
Plug cord into a fully grounded outlet or
extension cord
Damaged or defective cord
Contact Authorized Magnaflux Service Center

Debris built up in switch
housing or under switch cover
UNPLUG POWER CORD. Remove two
screws at back of switch cover. Remove
cover. Clean with a soft wooden or plastic
brush and reassemble.
Blown fuse or breaker in
power supply
Reset breaker or replace fuse
Defective extension cord
Replace extension cord
Tripped GFI
Reset GFI button
Coil will not
de-energize
Debris built up around switch
housing cover
UNPLUG POWER CORD. Remove two
screws at back of switch cover. Remove
cover. Clean with a soft wooden or plastic
brush and reassemble.
Weaker than
normal field
Extension cord too light to
