Programming the Unit
Recalling Memorized Stations:
Method 1:
(All Models)
1. Press the BAND button to select the
memory group you want to recall the
radio stations from.
2. Press and release the desired memory
location button to access any memorized
station.
Note:
Do not hold the memory location
button down. Doing this will store the cur-
rent radio station into memory.
Method 2:
(All Models)
Press and release the AS button to scan
the memorized stations. The unit will scan
all memorized stations in the group paus-
ing for 5 seconds at each station. When
the unit pauses on a station you want to
listen to, simply press and release the AS
button again to stop the automatic scan-
ning feature.
1. Take up any slack on the tape by turn-
ing the cassette hub with your finger or a
pencil.
2. Insert the cassette tape into the unit
with the open edge (thick end) facing to
the right. Push the tape all the way in until
the cassette mechanism is engaged.
Note:
(M9000 Only) The side of the tape
that is pointing up is the side that will be
played.
