16. Problem solving
Prior to returning the camera for repair check the following list of symptoms and
possible solutions. Please contact our Customer Service if the problem persists.

The battery is empty.
Charge battery again.
The battery charge level
drops quickly.
The battery is not fully charged After

completely at least once prior to use to
increase its performance and service life.
The battery or camera
feels warm.
This can occur when camera/fl ash are
used for a longer time.
The camera does not take
