Assembling the IP security camera
Using the supplied wall fixing, install IP security camera at a
fixed location.
Note!
Danger of material damage!
Incorrect use of the IP security camera during
assembly can cause the IP security camera to be
damaged.
− Do not place IP security camera directly next to electro-
nic devices as this could produce interference. In case of
picture interference, test IP security camera at another
location.
− Select the installation site for the IP security camera so that
the lens is not exposed to sun light.
− Hold the plate of the wall fixing containing holes against
the surface of the selected installation site and mark the
holes on the surface, using a pencil.
−
Before drilling any holes, check to ensure there are no
electrical cables, gas or water pipes beneath the surface to
be drilled.
−
To
drill suitable holes, use a 6 mm masonry drill for dowels
in stone or concrete surfaces or a 3 mm wood drill for
timber surfaces.
−
After drilling the holes insert supplied wall plugs into
holes so that they are flush with the surface.
−
Secure wall fixings with supplied bolts.
Secure IP security camera
Using the four bolts, secure the IP security camera to the re-
taining plate of the wall fixing. Align the IP security camera as
desired.
