MULTIFUNCTION BOWL
CLEANING
Pour 0�5 L of water into the
bowl (to level )�
Cooking rice
The multifunction bowl is particularly suited to cooking rice�
Use one volume of water to one volume of rice in the bowl�
Place in either basket and set the STEAM programme
to 30 minutes at 120°C�
Keep and reheat your dishes
The multifunction bowl withstands high and low temperatures (max� 160°C)�
Its silicone lid enables you to keep your dishes in the refrigerator�
Place the bowl in either of the steamer baskets to reheat your dishes
with the Cook Expert�
All parts of the XL STEAMER can be washed in the dishwasher�
The steamer baskets and the multifunction bowl are made from stainless steel:
you can use the abrasive side of the sponge when washing by hand�
The lid is made from glass: do not use abrasive products or sponges�
If necessary, soak the lid in soapy hot water�
Maintenance tips
Some ingredients, such as curry, may leave color residue on the XL STEAMER�
To remove these, clean the appliance immediately�
your steam basket may develop signs of limescale�
To remove, soak the container in water mixed with white vinegar�
Place the bowl (without the lid) in the internal steamer basket
or the XL steamer basket�
