Switch to Deck Layout 5-10, drag and drop PCR
rack in to the empty deck.
In the
Extract and Assay Set up
, the sample will
be put on standby in
EL/ER
slots.
Then drag
Reaction
into PCR rack.
When all set, click on
Execute Extraction,
EDA will
start the first half extraction part.

* If your total tips are lower the
Tip requirement, you need to go
back to Deck Layout 1~4 to add
one or more tips on the Rack.
* Make sure the door and drawer are closed.
When all your setup were check up, press
Continue
to start final assay process.

When finish the Extraction process, we can
continue to start PCR assay setup preparation.
Make sure refer to the number displays in Estimated
Vol(ul), add the liquid in the tube to the same or
higher volume, and keyin the actual volume into
Manual Input(ul).
When Manual Input(ul)
≥
Estimated Vol(ul), the
status would show OK.
