In the
Automatic Setup
, another PreMixA check
box is automatically added to the list if the volume
of PreMix set is higher than the tube you selected
can handle.

Clear
if you need to re-do the deck setting.
The tip rack can be dragged and dropped to
positions 1-4 in the deck layout.
Click the location of the tip box containing the tips
(blue circles indicate that there are available tips)
If you want the sample solution to perform mixing
actions, you can check the box in the form.
Click the "Assay" then enter the total reaction
volume, premix volume, and template volume for
each assay. (Displayed in Reaction A – D, if you have
more than one assay, please go back to Premix:
Manual Setup page to set up.)
In the
Manual Setup
and
Automatic Setup
,
you can key in total volume and PreMix in these
forms, and the system calculates the template
volume automatically.
