The EDA can automatically scan the sticker on the
primary tubes (blood collection tube) if required.
Click the
Auto Primary Scan
option.
Set up conditions for your
Sample Number,
Positive/ Negative Control, NTC
and
Standard
Number
and their
Tube Type
, and key in
Dilute
to same concentration
value you need.
The built-in scanner will automatically scan the
barcode on the primary tubes.
Pull out the drawer in A zone and slowly push it in.

Confirm and check all your settings in A zone and
move on to B zone to set up the PCR assay.

mark means that some units have not been set up.
* Make sure the barcode is facing the right direction.
Choose one of the three mode from
Manual,
Agent
and
Automatic
.
