MADRIX STELLA User Manual

Fixed an issue that stilled showed the previous IP address when setting a new IP
address via ArtIpProg over Art-Net (#7347).

Fixed an issue that did not consistently initiate a PollReply when changing settings
using the web configuration page (#7689).

freeze at startup with the status-LED Power being permanently on (#7808).
