Before you contact Madge technical support, do the following:

If possible, issue the
get-last-err
command and capture the result into

Boot the switch to run the power-on diagnostics. Capture and print the
diagnostics (note that any traffic through the switch will be disrupted). .

Boot the switch to run the power-on diagnostics (make sure self-test is
enabled). Capture and print the diagnostics (note that any traffic through

Issue the
sys-stat
command and capture the result as well as all relevant
switch configuration displays into a file. Print the file . . . . . . . . . .

Dump the switch configuration to a file using Display Summary and print
the file. Enter the

. Make a screen dump of the screen that appears. . . . . . . .

Print any messages in the
