Configure Occupied Time
DVP-120C monitors the readings of Macurco CM-6 detectors connected to the panel and compares the readings of
detectors to detect occupied failure and unoccupied failure. Refer to Section
4.8 Unoccupied Failure Display
Display for details on these failures.
“Configure Occupied Period” is used to define occupied time for DVP-120C. Up to 2 occupied period can be defined
for each week day and weekend. Any time period outside defined occupied time period is unoccupied time period.
By default, all times are unoccupied times.
Press Left or Right key to enter the “Configure Occupied Period” menu and use UP or DOWN key to scroll through
sub-menu of Configure Occupied Time menu. Before one can make any changes to these settings panel will prompt
to enter the current password.
Weekday/Weekend Number Active Period
In this sub-menu of Configure Occupied Time, you can define how many occupied periods you want to define for
weekday and weekend. Valid entries are 0,1 and 2. Default value of 0 corresponds to disabled occupied period.

Press LEFT key to go back to previous menu i.e. ‘Configure Occupied Time’. Press RIGHT key to enter this
configuration menu and access Weekday/Weekend Period sub-menu.

This configuration menu is available only if active period for weekday or weekend is 1 or 2.

Default Weekdays occupied times are 07:00 to 08:00 (Period 1) and 15:00 to 16:00 (Period 2). Default Weekends
occupied times are 07:00 to 07:00 (Period 1) and 15:00 to 15:00 (Period 2).
If active period entered was 2, press UP or DOWN key to scroll between Period 1 and Period 2. Press LEFT key to
return to previous menu. Press RIGHT key to enter this configuration and enter Start and End time for corresponding
period.
