Set value in [grandtotal] to sum of [EditBoxes] when 
[ShipList] changes

This is a client-side contract that calculates a grand total as the sum of values 
contained in edit boxes when the selected shipping option of a dropdown list is 
changed. This contract is specifically intended for use with a dropdown populated 
with UPS shipping options. 

In this contract, any number of edit boxes can be used to calculate the sum. The 
names of all edit boxes used in the calculation are provided as comma-separated 
values  in the 'EditBoxes" parameter. This is useful for calculating the grandtotal 
of an order using additional or fewer component totals than the related contract 
which specifically sums subtotal, shipping and tax. For instance, you may have 
discount info that you want to reflect in the grandtotal, or you may not want to 
include either shipping or tax in the calculation.

Parameters:

EditBoxes is a comma-separated list of all the edit boxes participating in 
the interaction.
