Chapter 3: Working with Audio

Under Audio quality, select one of the following options:

High

results in the largest file size and highest quality audio.

Medium

is the best balance between file size and audio quality.

Low

results in the smallest file size and lowest audio quality.

Publish Without Audio

removes audio files from the presentation before publishing.

Click Close.

Previewing audio

After you add an audio file to the presentation, you can preview the audio to test it. A quick way
to listen to the audio is by viewing the slide show directly from within the Audio Editor.

To preview audio:

In PowerPoint, open a presentation (PPT file) containing audio files.

From the Breeze menu, select Audio Editor

From the View menu, select Slide Show.

When you finish, click Close.
