Starting/Stopping

WARNING!

Clean the underside of the deck!

Keep yourself ready! Start the engine carefully according to instructions. Keep 
your feet well away from the blade! 

Do not tilt the product when starting the engine.

Start

1.  Press the primer

4.  Pull the recoil starter handle

Mowing

1.  Make sure that the lawn is clear of stones, sticks, wire or other objects that could 

damage the product or its engine. 

2.  Do not cut wet grass because it tends to stick to the underbody of the product, 

preventing the proper discharge of grass clippings, and it could also cause you to 
slip and fall. 

3.  Never cut off more than one-third of the total length of the grass for a healthy lawn. 

In the autumn, lawns should only be cut as long as there is growth. 

4.  Slowly push the product forward. You may want to use the self- propelled function 

for assistance.
