NOTE: Always carry the grass catcher (7) by its handle (7a).
Before hooking the grass catcher (7), check if the mulching insert (20)
is in the rear discharge chute (19). Take away the mulching insert (20)
before hooking the grass catcher (7).
NOTE:
The mulching insert (20) must be removed if the grass catcher
(7) is used.
Before you start
Connection to power supply
NOTE: The product is equipped with a power cord with the length of 12
m. If a proper extension cord is required for operation. The extension
cord must be suitable for outdoor use with sockets protected against
water splashing! Ensure the extension cord is of the proper size and
type for your product (≥ 1.0 mm²)!
Always use a residual current supply (RCD) protected supply.
1. Double the power cord (4) back, about 60 cm from the power guard and lead
the loop through the slots of cord retainer (2a) (Fig. 8).
2. Pull it over the cord retainer (2a) and gently tug on the power cord (4) to
ensure that it is firmly secured (Fig. 9).
3. Connect the plug of power cord (4) with a suitable socket.
