Make sure that you have followed the installation, use and care advice mentioned in the instruc-
tions.
2.-
Find and always have to hand your properly stamped guarantee, invoice or receipt
of purchase. This document is vital to validate your guarantee.
3.-
Make a note of the product’s brand, model and serial number and have a pencil and paper to
hand.
4.-
Look for the Service Centre closest to your location in the enclosed directory and call them to the
report the problem your appliance is presenting.
On top of supporting your purchase’s guarantee, SERVIPLUS offers you the following services:
* Installation of home appliances.
* Repairs (at a charge) for products whose guarantee has expired.
* Contracts to extend your guarantee.
The product is guaranteed according to the model and country (see the enclosed table), from the date
of purchase, against any defect that can be attributed to the quality of its materials or workmanship,
in accordance with the following conditions:

To activate this guarantee, you should turn to any of our SERVIPLUS service centres, calling the
numbers indicated in the directory that forms part of this guarantee and, where possible, obtain parts,
supplies and accessories.
2.-
The company undertakes to repair or replace any part of the product found to be faulty, in the
clien t’s home and at no charge to the client concerning work done, supplies, and transportation
charges that could occur. The SERVIPLUS technicians are qualified and have the necessary tools to
carry out repairs in the client’s home, making sure that the product functions correctly. The manufac-
turer guarantees the availability of spare parts and supplies on the market for a period of ten years
(only applies in Columbia).
3.-
When our technician from SERVIPLUS attends to check the product, you should present them with
the guarantee policy, properly stamped by the store where you acquired the product, the invoice,
recei pt or proof of payment.
4.-
The time of repair will not exceed 30 days, counted from the time in which we receive your call at
one of our SERVIPLUS service centres.
5.-
The light bulb is not covered by the guarantee.
6.-
Some models have a LED light in the cooler. In case of a fault with this component, presenting
itself by not working, melting or variations in brightness, you are covered by the SERVIPLUS guaran-
tee.
7.-
The guarantee will not be affective in the following cases:
If the product has been used in abnormal conditions.
If the product hasn’t been installed or operated in accordance with the instructions of use provided.
If the product has been altered or repaired by unauthorised people and/or workshops.
