REGOLE PER UNA BUONA MANUTENZIONE BATTERIE
Per una appropriata conservazione delle batterie, allo
scopo di preservarne la capacità dopo numerosi cicli di
scarica e ricarica, si deve procedere come segue:
1.Di fondamentale importanza è mettere in carica per un
periodo di almeno 8-12 ore l’avvolgitore prima di usarlo la
prima volta;
2.In caso l’avvolgitore non sia utilizzato con cadenza al-
meno settimanale, o nel caso non sia utilizzato per un tempo
prolungato, è necessario ricaricare le batterie ogni 2-3 set-
timane, per non far scendere la carica eccessivamente (è
normale una tendenza alla auto scarica in tutte le batterie);
3.Controllare ogni 1-2 mesi il livello della soluzione ed even-
tualmente rabboccarla con acqua distillata, facendo at-
tenzione a non versare liquidi sul quadro elettrico (SOLO PER
BATTERIE AD ACIDO);
4.Controllare ogni 1-2 mesi, o più spesso in ambienti polve-
rosi o particolarmente sporchi, che le batterie siano pulite,
in particolare sul coperchio e presso i morsetti di collega-
mento; per la pulizia, utilizzare un panno asciutto per aspor-
tare polvere ed altra sporcizia.
Attenzione: non utilizzare l’avvolgitore o effettuare interventi
di manutenzione delle batterie mentre la ricarica è in corso.
RULES FOR A PROPER BATTERY MAINTENANCE
For a proper maintenance of the batteries, to keep their ca-
pacity after various charges and re-charges, it's necessary
to act as it follows:
1. Fundamental is to keep the batteries under charge for at
least 8-12 hours before the first machine usage;
2. In case the machine will not be used weekly, or in case it
will not be used for a long time, it's necessary to charge the
batteries every 2 to 3 weeks, to not allo to the charge to low
too much;
it's normal a self discharge of the batteries non utilzed;
3. Check every month or 2 the level of the internal solution
and fill ip up with distillate water, taking care to not let water
fall on the control panel (LEAD-ACID BATTERIES ONLY);
4. Chek every month or 2, or more often in dusty enviroments
that the battery are clean, in specific the covers and close
to the clamps; to clean please utilize a clean clotch;
ATTENTION: do not utilize the wrapping robot or do mainte-
nance operations to the batteries while the machine is in
charge.
12.6 RICARICA DELLA BATTERIA
A carica avvenuta, con interruttore generale sulla posizione OFF,
scollegare lo spinotto rosso dal carica batteria e collegarlo allo
spinotto del pannello di controllo.
Chiudere il cofano del vano batteria (fig. 8)
La macchina risulta in tal modo di nuovo pronta per l’uso.
12.6 BATTERY CHARGING
When battery charge is complete, with main switch on position
OFF, disconnect the red plug from battery charger and connect
it to the control panel.
Close the battery space cover (fig. 8)
In this way, the machine is once again ready for use.
12.6 BATTERIEAUFLADEN BATTERY CHARGING
Wenn Batterieaufladung komplett ist, mit Hauptschalter auf po-
sition OFF , trennen Sie den roten Stecker vom Ladegerät und an
die Kontrolltafel anzuschließen es.
Schließen Sie die Batteriefach (Bild 8)
Die Maschine ist nun erneut betriebsbereit.
12.6 CHARGEMENT DE LA BATTERIE
Quand la charge de batterie est complète, avec le commuta-
teur principale dans la position OFF, détacher la prise rouge du
chargeur de batterie et le remettre en place au panneau de
commande.
Fermez le couvercle du logement des batteries (fig. 8)
La machine est maintenant de nouveau prête à l’emploi.
12.6 RECARGA DE LA BATERÍA
Cuando la carga de la batería es completa, con el interruptor
general en la posición OFF, desconecte el enchufe rojo de car-
gador de batería y enchúfelos a el conectore del panel de con-
trol.
Cierre la caja del alojamiento de la batería (fig. 8)
De esta manera, la máquina queda lista de nuevo para serutili-
zada.
