LDS Plus Reference Guide

Com1Power – COM1 Power Mode

Function

The Com1Power parameter controls whether the TE applies voltage to communications port
number 1 (COM1). If the hardware does not have the ability to power a particular port, this setting
is ignored.

Note:

This parameter setting has no effect on the current settings of COM1 baud rate, data
bits, parity, stop bits, half duplex, software flow control (Xon), hardware flow control,
time out, or pass termination character.

Valid options: Off

(No voltage)

Default setting:

On

Access Level

Parameter may only be modified by a user with an access level of 2 or 3.

Com2BaudRate – COM2 Baud Rate

Function

The Com2BaudRate parameter specifies the baud rate setting for communication port number 2
(COM2).

600, 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200, 38400 bps

Default setting:

9600

Access Level

Com2DataBits – COM2 Data Bits

Function

The Com2DataBits parameter specifies the data bits setting for communications port number 2
(COM2).
