Before starting the installation of the roof, make sure that the walls are straight, the door and windows function
and the whole cabin is in the right angle.

The roof boards have been planed to a softline profile. The visible, rounded side is facing downwards (into the
cabin).

The backside of the board can be dull-edged (as the floor boards). As mentioned above, this is not a fault. This
side will be covered with asphalt felt

Begin fastening the roof boards with nails according to the

so that the groove is facing outwards.

Make sure that the roof boards do not go over the middle of the ridge beam and fasten them with nails to the
side walls and all three purlins.

Again it is advisable to leave a space of 1 - 1,5 mm between the boards because the wood shrinks and expands
according to the weather
