intoyouraccount,select(oradd,thenselect)thelocationyou’dliketohavethedevice,thenclick

App Troubleshooting
The app does not find my UV Concierge module
EnsureyouhavepluggedyourUVConciergemoduleintothepoweroutletusingtheincluded
poweradapter.
I’m stuck at “Waiting for system to complete startup”
Youmustrestartyoursystembyunpluggingandplugginginthecontrollerpowercordafter
pluggingintheUVConciergemodule.OncethecontrollerdetectstheUVConciergemodule
andthestartuproutineisfinished,youwillautomaticallypassthissection.Afterstartupis
complete,youcanpressandholdthecontrollerbuttonfor3secondstoseewhatmodulesit
currentlydetects.IfthecontrollerisnotdetectingtheUVConciergemodule,checkyourIEP
connections.Connectonemoduletothecontrolleratatimetotesteachmoduleindividually.
Withmultiplemodules,theorderofthedaisychain(whichdeviceispluggedintowhich)does
notmatter.
I get a “Pairing Failed” error
Aftertheappfindsyourdevice,youmustenterinthe6numbersdisplayedonthecontroller
intoyourapp,includingleadingzeros.Ifyouarestillstuck,tryrestartingtheUVConcierge
modulebyunpluggingitandpluggingitbackin.TryrestartingyouriOS/Androiddevicealso.If
theissuepersists,trywithanotheriOSorAndroiddevice.
