We congratulate you on your purchase of your Technotherm storage heater.
Although the Installa� on and Opera� on of the heater is very simple, we advise that you read this boo-
klet carefully as it gives you important informa� on on safety, the installa� on and opera� on, as well as
the care of the appliance. Please retain the instruc� ons and pass them on to future occupants of the
heated dwelling
The manufacturer is not liable if the following instruc� ons are not observed:
•
dispose of all packing materials in the proper way.
•
In case of damage to the device, contact the supplier immediately - before connec� ng the device.
•
To ensure safe opera� on, only install and connect the device in accordance with these instruc-
� ons. This must be carried out by a qualifi ed person
•
Only use the machine for the specifi ed purpose.
•
Repairs and interven� ons on the unit may only be carried out by a qualifi ed technician.
•
Immediately render obsolete equipment unusable by switching off the mains fuse and cu� ng the
connec� ng cable. Then dispose of the unit properly.
Electric heat accumulators are heavy!
Have the load-bearing capacity and tread resistance of the fl oor checked by a specialist before
installa� on. When installing on high-pile carpets or similarly so� fl oor coverings, it must be
placed on a shim (accessory) to ensure that the fl oor clearance is maintained.
