Introduction
Warranty, support, and trouble escalation procedures have been established on a per
country basis. Contact your Lucent Technologies account representative for details.
Discontinued Availability
Lucent Technologies reserves the right to notify the customer in advance of the
intention to Discontinue the Availability (DA) of a product. Lucent Technologies also
reserves the right to offer a Technical Support Contract (TSC) to make repair and
technical support services available for an additional period of time after a product has
been discontinued. All TSC services will be at a specified price dependent on the terms
and conditions of the contract.
The rights and obligations of Lucent Technologies and the customer shall neither be
assigned nor delegated without prior written consent of the other party, except that
Lucent Technologies may assign its obligations to any of its affiliates or non-Lucent
Technologies contractors without further consent by the customer.
