4. Measurement Methods
A 80MHz standard signal is generated inside the equipment and is used as a test signal.
1.
Turn ON the AC switch button on the rear panel of the LPT-3000R Spectrum Analyzer. After the
power authorization and the initialization processes are completed, the LCD will display the
Center Frequency and the Span.
2.
Run the Remote TCP program.

In case of SA_Comm_RS_R (RS232 connection), select the Comm port connected to your
PC.

In case of Remote TCP (Ethernet connection), select an IP address corresponding to the
unit. The default IP address is 192.168.1.244 if it has not been changed manually.

Press Ref OFF button to turn ON the internal standard signal of 80MHz. Notice that the button
is now highlighted and the caption changes to Ref ON.
