Tail, Brake, Turn, Reverse, Fog & Center

High Mounted Stop Lamp (CHMSL)

These are all illuminated by light emitting

diodes (LED’s) and are designed for long

life serviceable only by replacement of the

complete units which should be entrusted

to your Lotus dealer.

Reflector, Tail, Brake & Rear Turn Lamp

Each tail lamp consists of a ring of red

colored LED's that function as follows:

Reflector:

Located centrally in the lamp.

Rear parking lamps:

The outer lamp rings

illuminate at low intensity.

Brakelamps

: The outer lamp ring illuminates

at high intensity.

Turn Indicator:

The outer lamp flashes

at high intensity, alternating with off or

low intensity illumination dependant on

whether the sidelamps are illuminated.

If the brakelamps and turn indicators are

activated together, the flashing function will

override the brakelamp (but the opposite

side brakelamp and CHMSL will operated

normally).

Side Marker Lamps

Amber LED illuminated side marker

lamps are positioned forward of the

front wheelarches, inset within the front

bumper. Red illuminated side markers

are positioned rearwards of the rear

wheelarches and are inset within the rear

bumper.

The side marker lamps automatically

illuminate with the activation of the

parking lamps, see page 51 for further

information.

These are designed for long life

serviceable only by replacement of the

complete units which should be entrusted

to your Lotus dealer.
