and from water intrusion. The 

area does not need to be a fully 

conditioned space.

Place the roaster on a flat, level, and firm 

surface such as hard wood or concrete. 

The floor should be strong enough to 

support the total system weight of the 

roaster and all supplemental equipment.

CAUTION: Use care when transporting the 

equipment over bumpy or uneven flooring.

WARNING: Do not place the roaster on a soft 

or unstable surface.
