Troubleshooting
Your LoLo skillet is designed to operate smoothly and efficiently if properly maintained. However, the following is a list of checks to
make in the event of a problem. Wiring diagrams are furnished inside the service panel. CAUTION: USE OF ANY REPLACEMENT
PARTS OThER ThAN ThOSE SUPPLIED bY LOLO COMMERCIAL FOODSERvICE EQUIPMENT OR ThEIR AUThORIZED DISTRIbU-

Pan will not heat, but indicator
light comes on.

a. Heating elements for short circuit.
Pan will not heat, and indicator
light will not come on.
User a. That power supply is on.

b. Fuse, mounted inside control box.
c. For loose or broken wires.
d. Thermostat functioning, by listening for a click when
the switch opens or closes.
e. Contactor functioning.
Pan continues to heat after it
reaches desired temperature.
User a. Thermostat dial setting. Turn down if too high.

d. Contactor, to determine if it is de-energized.
Pan does not reach desired
temperature.
