FCC COMPLIANCE
The Adjustable Bed Frame complies with FCC CFR 47 Part 15 Subpart B/C. Operation is sub-
ject to the following conditions:
1. The product may not cause harmful interference
2. The product must accept any interference received, including interference that may
cause undesired operation
To comply with the FCC RF exposure compliance requirements, you may not make any changes
to the product or the antenna. Changes to the antenna or the product could result in the prod-
uct exceeding the RF exposure requirements. This may void your authority to use the product.
ELECTRICAL GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS
This product is for use on a nominal 120-volt circuit and has a grounding plug that looks like the
plug illustrated in sketch A (see below). A temporary adapter that looks like the adapter illus-
trated in sketches B and C can be used to connect this plug to a 2-pole receptacle as shown in
sketch B if a properly grounded outlet is not available. The temporary adapter should be used
only until a properly grounded outlet (sketch A) can be installed by a qualified electrician. The
rigid ear, lug, or the like extending from the adapter must be connected to a permanent ground
such as a properly grounded outlet box cover. Whenever the adapter is used, it must be held in
place by a metal screw.
This product is double-insulated. Servicing a double-insulated product requires extreme care and
knowledge of the system, and is to be done only by qualified service personnel. Replacement
parts for a double-insulated product must be identical to the parts they replace. A double-insu-
lated product is marked with the words "DOUBLE INSULATION" or "DOUBLE INSULATED". The
symbol (square within a square) may also be marked on the product.
