Set-up and Operating Instructions Continued: 
 
Wiring Harness Installation: 

 
Attach the wiring harness for the electric spout 
control (figure 4) per illustration in section 4, page 
4-7. Loftness will provide the wiring harness (P/N 
N15370) from the spout and an additional wiring 
harness, purchased from Toro (Toro P/N 95-3263), 
will be used to provide  power from the traction 
unit to the electric spout control. (disregard wiring 
instructions included with Toro wiring harness kit): 
 
Mounting holes may be provided for the toggle 
switches. Follow the directions shown below if the 
mounting holes are not in the control panel:  
 

 

Remove (4) knobs securing control panel 
housing to frame control console. Remove 
housing (Item #1 figure 5)

Mark and drill (2) .50” holes in top of 
control console per dimensions shown in 
figure 6.

Loosely mount a toggle switch in each hole 
with washer and nuts supplied. 

 

 

Plug (2) wire harness terminals onto toggle 
switch terminals and attach decals (Item #1 
figure 6 – reference figure 8 page 2-3).  

 

 

Plug harness terminal onto traction unit 
accessory wire harness connector (located at 
fuse block). 

 

 

Secure ring terminal wire of harness to screw 
on capacitor with black wire. Capacitor is 
located near fuse block. 

 

 

Affix the mounting pads to underside of 
operator platform at locations shown in 
figure 7. Clean surface well before affixing 
pads (Item #1 figure 7).

Insert a cable tie through each of the plastic 
mounting pads. 

 

 

Insert end of harness through hole in 
operator platform and secure with cable ties. 

 

 

Plug harness connector into connector on 
snowblower harness. 

 

 

Install and label (1) 10 amp fuse block 
breaker socket for Implement and (1) 25 
amp breaker fuse block socket for Thermal.

 

 

Note:  Wires must not contact any sharp edges 
or moving parts.
