Battery:
Check total voltage
:
Do not remove battery from the bike frame for these tests-
for battery removal procedure see page 30.
Total voltage can be checked by using a multimeter across
the discharge terminal of the battery (yellow plug) or by
checking across the black and red wires of the balance plug.
Total voltage should be:

25.2v after fully charged

18v when discharged
Check voltage for each cell:
There are 6 cells to the battery, check the voltage for each
cell individually to ensure the voltage is balanced. Voltage
can be checked by using a multimeter across each terminal
of the balance plug on the battery.
Each cell should be balanced to the same v/- 0.1v
Each individual cell voltage should be:

4.2v after fully charged

3.0v when discharged
Tip: Lithium cell checker/ tester can be used to make this job quick and easy. Plug in the
balance plug and check all the cell voltages and total at once.
