7. Brake Lever:
Set the position of the brake as the above image and tighten the bolt using a 5mm Hex
key. (Torque 4NM)
8. Check/tighten throttle:
Loosen bolt and twist the throttle assembly so the on/off switch is easily accessible
from the rider’s position. Slide the throttle assembly along the handlebar so the
clearance between the bar end and throttle tube is 1-2mm. Tighten using 3mm hex
key (Torque 4NM). Once tight, test by twisting throttle and check it spring returns
easily.
