Open the unit and disconnect all
connectors from the charger board,
remove screws from the plastic
cover and charger board and take
them out.

MAINTENANCE

Unplug and remove battery (Page 5, Step 1) and plastic cover from housing. Disconnect all connectors on the charger board.
Remove all the screws from the charger board, replace the new charger board, connect the connectors in the same orientation to
the new charger board.

CHARGER BOARD REPLACEMENT

Connectors

Disconnect

the

battery

from

the

charger board. Remove the strap.
Replace the battery and secure the
strap, Reconnect the new battery to
the charger board. Re-assemble unit.

BATTERY HANDLING WARNINGS:

•

Dispose of used batteries promptly.

•

Keep away from children.

•

Do not disassemble.

•

Do not dispose of in fire.

BATTERY REPLACEMENT

Remove mounting screws from
the bracket and remove the light
engine

assembly.

Carefully

unplug connectors from the light
engine

and

reconnect

the

connectors

to

the

new

light

engine.

Reinstall

light

engine

assembly and ensure that the
lamp wires are not pinched.
