8.1

Service intervals

The following service work must be performed regularly in the specified
intervals.
The intervals are shortened corresponding to multiple-shift operation.

Service work

Interval

Clean interior of the machine and catch boxes
(see 7.3)

daily/once per shift
every 8 hrs.

Lubricate the lubrication nipples of the flanged
bearing (see 7.2.2)

daily/once per shift
every 8 hrs.

Clean filter mats
(ventilation grate on switching cabinet)

weekly

Check drive belts and deflection rollers for wear daily/once per shift

every 8 hrs.

Lubricating the spindle threads for the height
adjustment

every 250 hrs.

Tensioning and lubricating the chains

every 1500 hrs.

Check the fan belt tension (see 7.1)

every 250 hrs.
