7.1 Maintenance works
- Thoroughly clean the saw and the water pump daily after using

No cleaning by a steam jet!
- Daily check the saw blade
- Grease once a month the lubrication point (Pos. 15) by the grease gun
(normal lubricating grease)
- Grease once a month driving chain of advance and bushes
(normal lubricating grease)
* remove cover of chain drive
* grease chain
* grease bushes (lubrication point Pos. 12)
Information!
In the saw blade gear is the fluidized grease
„Structovis BHD“. Use only this grease (available at the saw blade producer).
7.2 Following operations has to be made in off cicuit condition

When cleaning the maschine
•
Repair at the motor
may only be repaired by a qualified electrician
•
Repair of switches
may only be repaired by a qualified electrician
•
Repair on cables
may only be repaired by a qualified electrician
•
Saw blade change
•
Repair at the saw blade cover
7.3
Carry out electrical tests according to the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (applies to
Germany only). Test intervals must be determined on a plant-specific basis. For tips on test lists,
