CONNECTING THE SPEAKER TO THE MODULE
PASSIVE ONLY
1.
Reconnect the
GREEN
banded servo
cable to the module where it is marked
SERVO CABLE (GREEN)
towards the
bottom of the module.
The servo cable has grey insulation and is
terminated with a 3 way connector.
If this cable is not fitted, the audio
performance will be reduced.
2.
Reconnect the
GREEN
banded Red and
Black speaker cable to the module where it
is marked
LOWER 8”BASS (GREEN).
The speaker cables have either 2 or 4
cables terminated with a 4 way connector.
Ensure the speaker connectors are
making all connections.
3.
Reconnect the
LED
cable to the connector
at the top of the upper 8” amplifier board.
The LED must be fitted to the connector
nearest the centre of the amplifier module
otherwise it will not function.
The LED cable has 2 wires, (one red and
one black) terminated with a 2 way
connector.
