4.2 Drive System Lubrication

The drive assembly of the
LT360 is pre lubricated at
the factory.  Under typical
use applications,  additional
lubrication will likely be
unnecessary.

However a grease port is
provided under the chassis
which appears as a 1/4 In
hole (not tapped).

A grease gun needle or a
tube of grease long tip can
be inserted in this hole.

The grease should be a
No.2 heavy synthetic
lithium gear grease.

It is best to turn the LT360
on its side, and rotate the
turntable while applying
the grease.

Error - 1 : RS232-OE Overrun Error

This error indicates problems with the serial port communications.  It can be
caused by differences in the communication parameters between the
computer and the LT360.  Make sure that the computer serial port setup is
9600 baud, 8 data bits, no parity, and 1 stop bit.  If the LT360 baud rate has
been changed, then the PC must be set the same.

Error - 2 : RS232-PE Parity Error

This error indicates problems with the serial port communications.  It can be
caused by differences in the communication parameters between the
computer and the LT360.  Since the LT360 does not use parity, this error is
unlikely.  Make sure that the computer serial port setup is 9600 baud, 8 data
bits, no parity, and 1 stop bit.  If the LT360 baud rate has been changed, the
PC must be set the same.

Error - 3 : RS232-FE Framing Error

This error indicates problems with the serial port communications.  It can be
caused by differences in the communication parameters between the
computer and the LT360, or invalid parameters in the computer UART of
the computer.  Make sure that the computer serial port setup is 9600 baud,
8 data bits, no parity, and 1 stop bit.  If the LT360 baud rate has been
changed, then the PC must be set the same.  You may also need to reboot
the computer to clear and reinitialize the UART in the computer.
