TOOLS AND HARDWARE REQUIRED

• Connect the Handle Assembly to the

Gas Spring

(

AKF)

with the hardware shown. Place a

1/2” Nylon Washer (ANK)

between the Gas Spring and the Handle Assembly

on each side of the Handle Assembly as shown.

On both sides of the Pole, place a

1/2” x 1/2” Spacer (APC)

between the

Pump Adjust Link (CKM)

and the

Rear Lifter

Arm (ALS)

, and a

1/2” x 1.15” Spacer (CKY)

between the Rear Lifter Arm and the Gas Spring.

• Tighten the Centerlock Nut (AAX) until it is ﬂ ush

with the end of the Bolt.

If the Handle does not

move freely after assembly, loosen the Nut one
quarter turn. If tightness persists, adjust the Nut
and Bolt from Sec 5.7 in the same manner.
