STEP 1: The wet /dry grinding jar (refer fig 3) is used for grinding
items like ldli and dosa batter, coconut chutney, groundnut, red
chili powder, sugar, palak etc.
STEP 2: Make sure that the dry grinding jar is absolutely clean and
dry before use.
STEP 3: Use small pieces of ingredients for grinding.
STEP 4: Fill the jar with ingredients up to the marked capacity.
WET/DRY GRINDING

STEP 5: Put the flat lid on top of the Jar. Grind at low speed for 15-30 seconds and
then move to higher speed.
Note: Always move gradually from lower speeds to higher speed.
During grinding process, the jar might gethealed up due to friction.
Do not panic. This happens gradually.
STEP 1: The chutney jar (refer fig 4) is mainly used for
making chutney.
STEP 2: Use small pieces of ingredients for grinding.

• Remove the cap on the lid by rotating anticlockwise. Put the cut pieces into the filter
and switch on the juicer mixer grinder.
• You can continue adding more fruit pieces from the centre opening in the lid as they
are juiced.
• The juice is sieved out through the filter and the pulp/seeds get accumulated inside
the filter and pour out the contents from the jar by tilting.
LIQUIDIZING AND BLENDING
STEP 1: The Liquidizing and blending jar (refer fig 2) is used for
preparation of shakes, juices etc.
STEP 2: Before starting the mixer grinder for the first time or after a
long period of time, rotate the motor shaft with hand to ensure
that it turns freely and smoothly.
STEP 3: Place all the ingredients in the jar and put the lid properly
STEP 4: Now switch on the grinder for operation
Note: Do not use this jar for wet grinding.
