Problem
Solutions
Graph does not display data
Make sure the EEG cable is properly and securely attached to
the Trackit M.
Make sure the leads are plugged into the EEG cable Headbox
properly.
Make sure the electrodes are properly attached to the scalp
of the patient.
Graphed data is not being recorded
Make sure the Record button at the bottom of the Graph
screen has been selected. Data will not be recorded until the
Record button is selected. An event marker will be placed on
the graph at the point where the recording begins.
Video and data are not synchronized
Close the video feed, then open it again. Once relaunched,
the video should start recording automatically and sync back
up with the data.
Video and IR Illuminator window does not
appear on the Graph screen when the button
is clicked
Make sure the Video and IR Illuminator is plugged in via USB
to the Trackit M.
Make sure the Video and IR Illuminator is powered.
Video and IR Illuminator will not record
Make sure the Record button at the bottom of the Graph
screen has been selected. The video feed will show up in
the window on the Graph screen, however, it will not begin
recording until Record is clicked.
Make sure the Video and IR Illuminator is plugged in via USB
to the Trackit M.
Make sure the video camera is turned on.
Data is not being streamed to the cloud
Make sure there is a proper internet connection.
Note:
If an internet connection exists, a syncing icon will
appear in the lower right hand portion of the Graph screen. If
an internet connection exists and the Trackit M is recording
data, the icon will be glowing. If an internet connection is not
available, the sync icon will be greyed out, which means the
recorded data will be stored locally on the device.
