OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 

1.  Operate according to your own condition. 
2.  Adjusting the tension control knob:   

To increase the load, turn the tension control knob in a clockwise direction.   
To decrease the load, turn the tension control knob

 

in a counterclockwise direction. 

3.  Adjusting the adjustable leveler: 

Turn the adjustable levelers on the rear stabilizer as needed to level the bike. 

4.  Adjusting the handlebar: 

Hold Handlebar while loosening the T-Knob.  Adjust Handlebar to the desired position 
and turn the T-Knob in a clockwise direction to tighten. 

Note: Continue to turn the T-Knob until Handlebar is secure before exercising.

 

5.  Adjusting the seat post:   

Turn the locking knob in a counterclockwise direction and then pull out the locking knob.   
Lock the seat post in place by releasing the locking knob and sliding the seat post up or 
down slightly until the locking knob "pops" down into the locked position.    For added 
safety, tighten the locking knob in a clockwise direction. 

NOTE: When adjusting the height of seat post, the maximum insert depth mark 
line cannot higher than the edge of bushing. 

6.  Adjusting the seat cushion: 

Release the round knob and then slide the seat cushion forth or back direction for the 
suitable position.    Tighten the round knob after adjustment. 

7.  Sitting pose: sit on the seat cushion when exercising, please tighten the pedaling straps 

and hold the handlebar with hands, adjust your posture according to your exercise 
speed and intensity. 

 
COMPUTER OPERATION   

HOW TO INSTALL THE BATTERIES: 

1.  Remove the battery cover at the rear of computer. 
2. Place two "SIZE-AA" or "UM-3" batteries into the battery 

housing. 

3.  Insure batteries are correctly positioned and battery springs are 

proper contact with batteries. 

4.  Re-install the battery cover. 
5.  If the display is illegible or only partial segment appear, remove 

batteries and wait 15 seconds before reinstalling. 

6.  Removing batteries will erase the memory of monitor. 

 

FUNCTIONS AND OPERATIONS:                      

AUTO ON /OFF:

 Pedaling or press any button on the computer, the computer will turn on.   

If you leave the equipment for 4 minutes, the power will turn off automatically.
