ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

 

 
1. Install the Front and Rear Stabilizers. 

Remove two M8x73 Bolts (14), D8 Curve Washers 
(15), and M8 Cap Nuts (16) from the Front 
Stabilizer (2).  Then attach the Front Stabilizer (2)   
onto the front curve plate of Main Frame (1) with   
two M8x73 Bolts (14), D8 Curve Washers (15), and 
M8 Cap Nuts (16) that were removed. 
Remove two M8x73 Bolts (14), D8 Curve Washers 
(15), and M8 Cap Nuts (16) from the Rear 
Stabilizer (3).  Then attach the Rear Stabilizer (3)   
onto the rear curve plate of Main Frame (1) with   
two M8x73 Bolts (14), D8 Curve Washers (15), and 
M8 Cap Nuts (16) that were removed. 

Adjusting the adjustable leveler: 

Turn the Adjustable Levelers (17) on the Rear 
Stabilizer (3) as needed to level the bike.

 

 
 
 
2. Install the Handlebar Post and

 

Tension    

Control Knob. 

Install the Handlebar Post Cover (44) onto the 
Handlebar Post (4). 
Remove four D8 Curve Washers (15) and M8x15 
Bolts (45) from the tube of the Main Frame (1).   
Insert the Tension Cable (50) through into the 
bottom hole of Handlebar Post (4) and pull it out   
from the square hole of Handlebar Post (4). 
Connect the Sensor Wire II (51) from the Main 
Frame (1) to the Sensor Wire I (49) from the 
Handlebar Post (4).     
Install the Handlebar Post (4) onto the tube of the 
Main Frame (1) and secure with four D8 Curve 
Washers (15) and M8x15 Bolts (45) that were   
removed.  
Remove the D5 Curve Washer (47) and M5x50 
Bolt (48) from the Tension Control Knob (46).    Put   
the cable end of resistance cable of Tension 
Control Knob (46) into the spring hook of Tension 
Cable (50).    Then pull the resistance cable of   
Tension Control Knob (46) up and force it into the 
gap of metal bracket of Tension Cable (50) as   
shown in small drawing 1 to 4 of figure 2.    Attach 
the Tension Control Knob (46) onto the Handlebar   
Post (4) with the D5 Curve Washer (47) and M5x50 
Bolt (48) that were removed.
