Step 6: Seat Pad & Back Pad Assembly
Tool Needed:
6mm Allen wrench
1) (
See Figure 6
) Fit seat back pad to seat
pad tube (K) with knobs (J11) and
washers (J7).
2) Assemble seat pad (H1) onto seat pad
tube using bolts (J10).
Step 7: Seat Structure & Left Handle Bar
Assembly
Tool Needed:
5mm Allen wrench
13mm wrench
1) (
See Figure 7
) Connect seat structure
(K) to seat frame (A35) using bolts (J5),
washers (J7) and nuts (J3).
2) Connect hand pulse wire (A5) to hand
pulse sensor wire (F1-1) which is
coming out of left side handle bar (F1).
3) Secure the left handle bar by tightening
the bolts (J5). Make sure not to pinch
the wires while tightening the hardware.
