STOP/ENTER:
To stop the treadmill running. To confirm hours and minutes for time
setting. To confirm the setting for user's gender, age, height, and weight in body fat
program mode. To confirm the preset training time and desired heart beats in HRC
program mode. To confirm the preset training time and speed for user program graphic in
USER program mode.
MODE:
To select each function (time, distance, or calories) for target presetting. To select
the body fat program mode.
PROGRAM:
To select training program of Manual, P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, P6, HRC, USER1,
or USER2.
FAST:
To make upward adjustment for presetting target training time, distance, or calories
in manual mode. To make upward adjustment for presetting target training time in
program mode. To make upward adjustment for setting gender, age, height, and weight of
user in body fat program mode. To make upward adjustment for presetting target training
time and desired target heart rate in HRC program mode. To make upward adjustment for
presetting target training time and running speed in USER program mode. Speed
adjustment during all training period on different training mode.
SLOW:
To make backward adjustment for presetting target training time, distance, or
calories in Manual mode. To make backward adjustment for presetting target training time
in program mode. To make backward adjustment for setting gender, age, height,
and weight of user in body fat program mode. To make backward adjustment for
presetting target training time and desired target heart rate in HRC program mode. To
make backward adjustment for presetting target training time and running speed in USER
program mode. Speed adjustment during all training period on different training mode.
INSTANT SPEED (3 km / 6 km / 9 km / 12 km):
Press one of the INSTANT SPEED
buttons (3 km / 6 km / 9 km / 12 km) on the computer console, the split window of SPEED
will display the speed that you are pressed and the running speed will change to 3 KPH,
6 KPH, 9 KPH, or 12 KPH immediately.
Computer Functions:
TIME:
Displays your elapsed workout time in minutes and seconds. Press the START
button to start exercise, the computer screen will countdown 3 seconds with the LCD
showing "3-2-1" before the running belt starts moving. The belt will start moving with an
initial speed of 0.8 KPH. You may press the FAST or SLOW button on the computer
console or handlebar to increase or decrease the running speed during exercise. You
may also pre-set target time in STOP mode before training when MAN LED lights up. To
set TIME press the MODE button until you see the TIME begin blinking. Press the FAST
or SLOW button to change the time, each time you press the FAST or SLOW button TIME
should change by 1 minute. The pre-set target time range is from 5:00 to 99:00 minutes.
