How To

REMOVE AND REPLACE CROSS-OVER PULLEY
Tools Required: Phillips screwdriver, Ratchet wrench, 3/4” socket, 5/16” wrench, 2”x 4” prop
Step 1
Turn the power OFF. Disconnect the power cord from the outlet.
Step 2
Remove the HOUSING. (See “How To...”)
Step 3
With a 2”x 4” prop, hold the PEDAL LEVERS in the ‘up’ position. Carefully slide the belt off the top of the Clutch(2).
Step 4
With a 5/16” wrench loosen and remove the (4) SCREWS and (4) WASHERS which secure the POWER
MODULE to the FRAME.
NOTE: The power module needs to be shifted side-to side to have access to the crossover pulleys .
Step 5
With a 5/16” wrench loosen and remove the (2) SCREWS, (2) WASHERS and (2) CROSSOVER PULLEYS from
the FRAME.
Step 6
Use a 3/4” socket and a ratchet wrench to loosen and remove the worn (2) 3/4” PULLEY BOLTS, (2), WASHERS
(2) CROSSOVER PULLEYS, and (2) BUSHINGS from the FRAME.
Step 7
Insert the new (2) CROSSOVER SPROCKETS, (2) BUSHINGS, (2) WASHERS, and (2) 3/4” PULLEY BOLTS into
position in the FRAME.
Step 8
Reverse steps 1 through 7 to return all parts back into place.

Torque 35 in. lbs.
5/16” Screw
Torque 15-20 ft. lbs.
Torque 5-6 ft. lbs.
Torque 36 in. lbs.
