Lifecycle 9500RHR Series Exercise Bikes

How To...REMOVE AND REPLACE THE DISPLAY CONSOLE

Tools Required:

Phillips screwdriver

STEP 1

Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the four DISPLAY SCREWS (A)
from the BACK PLATE of the HANDLEBAR ASSEMBLY.

STEP 2

Disconnect the 16-PIN and 14-PIN CONNECTORS
from the back of the DISPLAY CONSOLE, taking
note of their positions. Remove the DISPLAY
CONSOLE (F).

STEP 3

Set the back of the DISPLAY CONSOLE on the HANDLEBAR DISPLAY PAD. Using a Phillips screwdriver, attach
the new DISPLAY CONSOLE using the four DISPLAY SCREWS.

NOTE: DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THE SCREWS. THE RUBBER PAD SHOULD COMPRESS ONLY SLIGHTLY.

THE DISPLAY CONSOLE ASSEMBLY SHOULD NOT APPEAR MOUNTED UNEVENLY WITH RESPECT TO

THE HANDLE BAR.

STEP 4

Re-assembly is the reverse of removal.
