Glute Bridge (IS-GLD)

Gluteus Maximus, Biceps Femoris
Setup:
From the seated position, adjust the footplate so knees are bent near 90 degrees. Remain
seated and lie back on the back pad. Bring feet off the footplate to the floor and then grab
the belt. Buckle and tighten it so it fits snugly above the hip bones. Bring feet back to the
footplate, cross arms over the chest and begin exercise.
Movement:
Raise belt by extending the hips upwards until straight. Briefly pause and then lower to the
starting position with a controlled movement. Repeat.
TIP: Keep torso on or near torso pad for greater gluteal contraction.
