Telemetry

Enabled

Switching on the telemetry feature makes it possible to use the Polar®-
compatible Heart Rate Zone Training exercises with a Polar telemetry heart
rate chest strap for monitoring the heart rate.

If this option is enabled, the MESSAGE CENTER displays the number of
calories burned per hour during the workout.

Steps Climbed Display

Off

If this setting is enabled, the total number of steps climbed is periodically
shown during a workout.

Max Acceleration Rate

This sets the rate at which the PowerMill Climber accelerates to the selected
speed, ranging from one (slowest) to five (fastest).

This sets the rate at which the PowerMill Climber decelerates to the selected
speed, ranging from one (slowest) to five (fastest).
